About Coating Coating is performed for various purposes, such as rust prevention, aesthetic enhancement, and functionality. Epoxy resin paint has excellent rust prevention and adhesion properties and is mainly used for priming. Additionally, polyurethane resin paint is made by combining polyol resin and isocyanate. As product information, the coating specifications for a product with dimensions of 2000mm × 2000mm × 500mm are provided. Zinc-rich primer is applied once, epoxy resin paint is applied twice, and polyurethane resin paint is applied once, with a minimum film thickness of 320μm. The video captures the state after the application of zinc-rich primer on both sides and one side of epoxy resin paint has been completed.
